Delete your GridLex account and data

Option 1 – inside the app (instant)

1. Open GridLex and sign in.
2. Open your Profile and tap Edit Profile.
3. Tap “Delete my account”, enter your password, and tap DELETE FOREVER.

Option 2 – by email (if you no longer have the app)

Email support@gridlex-wordpuzzle.com from the address you registered with. Use the subject “Delete my GridLex account” and include your display name. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted: your login and email address, display name, player profile, game progress, leaderboard entries and any promotion record.

What is kept: nothing that identifies you, except anything we are legally required to keep.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
